Switching between low carb and low calorie diets?!

Question: So im on the low carb diet, and i know after 2 weeks the weight loss will slow down, so i was wondering, if i switched to a low calorie diet for about 3 weeks to a month, could i go back on the low carb diet and lose weight fast again for 2 weeks? So will i be able to keep going into the low carb induction phase by switching back and forth?

didn't work for me..i gain weight doing that...if you low carb, and eat veggie and meat, this is healthy if you do it right...low calorie, just don't work for me...but everyone is different.

try it, and if it don't work, then go back to the low carb diet...

good luck

I assume you mean atkins, and the induction phase is two weeks. DONT DO IT. It only ***** up your body, as you do not get enough fiber, or nutrients. A low cal. would be better.

The best and only good diet for a body is one that follows the recommended caloric intake for age and activity level (exercise) and to follow the Food Guide Pyramid. Low carb diets mean low carb for life as well as low calorie diets =low calories for life. I know this is not what you're looking for, but seriously, losing weight and maintaining that weight is more than cutting out or cutting down foods. Follow the Food Guide Pyramid and exercise regularly-the weight will come off and stay off.
