How can i get six pack abs quick?!


Question: im 5'5" and weigh 135 lbs. so im kinda overweight and have some body fat.
im trying to get rid of my lazy moods- even though i do love to work out.
is there any way to get a six pack abs [its been my dream to have it] by summertime? and if so.. how?

Abs are 80% diet and 20% exercise although some people think differently. In order to successfully achieve a 'six pack' you need to do a combination of proper eating and consistent working out. I attached links for you from Men's health. Although its generally designed for a male to follow you can use the diet as an example of an eating plan that will help you cut fat and help your body repair muscles in between working out.

As for the exercise part, I would recommend starting off going to the gym every second day and doing light to moderate exercise (cardio / weight training) until you notice it getting easy then you can step it up to a more difficult level.

Because you are trying to lose weight, when you are lifting weights you want to be doing 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Talk to someone at your gym and they can usually set you up with a free personal training session which will ensure you're doing everything properly. Lastly, abs take time so stick with it but with enough hard work you should start to see a difference in your whole body in a couple weeks! Good luck

perhaps sit ups...otherwise, i don't know. but i do know they don't come quick...so work on it and good luck.
