I doubt you overate by 3000 - 4000 calories yesterday. I was anorexic and bulimic and I recovered a couple of years ago but my eating habits haven't really been normal since. Congratulations to you for recovering by the way. I know what it's like after you've recovered: its like your not sure what "normal eating" is anymore. I know its hard but I think you shouldn't count calories.

If you are hungry, eat something. If you are not don't worry one day of eating less isn't going to hurt. If you are going to bed in less than an hour, then I think you shouldn't have a whole meal now because you will have trouble going to sleep as your body will still be digesting the food. Have a snack or something. Something you enjoy.

It's okay to not eat a meal once in awhile. It will do no harm to your body at all. It doesnt mean you are anorexic or anything. You ate dinner so it will be okay. Just make sure its not a regular thing.

eat somtething small like fruit, one day wont hurt much but something small will help, no need to panic, just dont get back into the habbit

if u are counting ur calories and skiping meals u may be if u think ur fat u are

I think that u are eating healthy for right now but i would suggest that you eat a little more..

well, i havt eaten breakfast in 4 years and im still alive. just eat dessert if ur worried about it.

As a health professional it makes me sad to see someone 13 who is counting calories to the point that you seem to be doing. Kudos on the tennis though, I love tennis. Anyways, develop a routine, eat the same amount of calories everyday, 1500-3000 should be fine for you. If you eat a lil less or a lil more it isn't going to kill you as long as you stick to the routine and don't go overboard/under too often. You are developing so make sure you get stuff from all food groups especially vitamins and minerals. I try to fast 2 or 3 times a year to cleanse my system this is healthy but not recommended for someone who has been anorexic. If you want a snack fruit or veggatbles is always okay. Please try to eat at least 3 full meals a day. Don't obsess about the calories. It's way more fun to obsess about tennis.
