What are some good ways for a 12 year old girl to lose wieght (220)?!


Question: You're still young, so your metabolism is still strong. Just go out and walk...do as much as you can. Try to eat healthier...you don't have to give up all the good foods...just cut back slowly and replace them with healtheir foods. Drink water instead of soda.

Because you're still young, just changing the smallest things can make a big difference. As you see the changes, slowly try to eat more healthy and get more exercise as you will be motivated by the results.

You get what you put into it. If you don't try, you won't get results. If you're 220, then you are overweight...and the longer you wait to get into shape, the harder it will be as your metabolism will naturally slow down and you will need to do much more to get the same results.

Can I just ask, what is the reason for u wanting to lose weight?

does she have some disorder thats way to high for it to just be eating to much. but if for some this is just that case then i have no idea thats a hard one. stop eating before you get full is best i can say and dont eat just cuz your bored.

to the guy above me....shes 12! wat do u mean wat reason she will die before shes 30 if they continue to eat unhealthy.

cut out all sugars,drink lots water.Walk alot.Get 8 hours of sleep.Eat right,no skipping meals.This causes some PPL to eat larger portions later.

i would try to cut back on junk food and eat smaller portions i would try playing with your family or shopping for a 'workout" its what i do and i am also 12 Good Luck but if you are very tall it does even out but losing some weight would be a good idea . No offence ???
