This Is Fat?!


Question: -Cardio 2x Week
-Healthy Food (exception-1 coke a day)
-Weekend Hikes with my dogs
-Mountain trails.

5'9" 140 Lbs.
Some little 100 pound anorexic looking girl told me I was fat, I was like Wtf? seriously. Get a reality check.Women have curves, id rather not have the body frame of a 12 year old boy, thanks.
GOD. Its like even if the weight was a little off, people carry their weights differently ya know? I'm curvy.
And I Love it. WHen people call me fat, especially when i dont even have cellulite & I work out and eat healty (ok.. a little on my butt, but 87% of women have cellulite ) It makes them look like total .... well losers! I know, if your naturally skinny this is COMPLETELY different. Anorexics think its "self control" Dealing with Hunger pains, eating less than 2,000 calories, etc your not losing FAT, your body needs protein and is eating your muscles, seriously grab a fork and eat some steak!

I used to be well over 200 pounds before I lost a dramatic amount of weight, so i'm used to being called fat - but not anymore.
I'm about the same height and weight as you. 5'8, 130 pounds. Honestly i'm glad I find your question because i've been being picky about my weight lately, debating on losing more or not. But being a healthy weight and being curvy (and loving it, as you said) i'm gonna stick with it.
I eat very healthily though and watch my calories - it's not required, but i'm picky like that.
I wish I had the energy to exercise as much as you though!

I think that is a healthy and normal weight. Keep up the good work. =)

I'm 5'7, and around 130-140 since my weight fluctuates a lot, and I am definitely NOT fat! I work out often and eat healthy, and I'd be beyond offended for someone to say that Im too big.

People can have such a messed up view when it comes to weight. They hear anything over 130 and then immediately assume that the person is obese.

I'd rather be bigger and healthy, than super tiny and weak.

you are doing well...just focus on your own life and be grateful to God always for the way you are...dont giv a dammn about aneroxics,they just dont seem to realize that the mind is the root of all weight problems,until you tune it to work 4 u 2 d best...
