Question: Ok. On my shoulder the bone in the middle is sticking up on either side so my shoulder is not rounded. Please help!! Do I lift weights to build muscle.??

Unless you have injured or dislocated your shoulder, you should be fine. Start with light weights and do as many reps as you can of a variety of exercises. Then after time, increase the weights, and you'll build strength and muscle.
