I want a buddy?!


Question: hey i am starting a new thing where i only eat one meal a day at around 6 or 7 in the evening. don't give me any crap that its bad for you just take a look at this

it makes sense for me because i can go all day without eating but am hungry by evening. except i wont just shovel a whole load of food into my mouth because i will have had a whole day to plan a really balanced healthy meal. look this is how we used to eat until dieticians came around and it makes alot of sense. i have been doing it for a few days now and have had no problems with it.
oh and another thing, you end up drinking alot of water which is very good for you. : )
dont give me grief if you are not interested dont answer this question.
so if anyone is in joining me lemme know?

Thats a very dangerous way to lose weight. Even if you end up lossing weight like this you are not going to get all the nutrients your body requires.

Taking vitamins and stuff like that wont help much either because you do need a significant amount of carbs and protein throughout the day to be healthy. You cannot get either of them from a pill.

You can get cancer, heart disease, metabolic diseases, osteoporosis, etc.. as a result of dieting like this. Even if that stuff don't pop up right away it can latter on in life.

I do not advise dieting like this, its dangerous. Try eating smaller portions and less calories if you feel you really need to lose weight. There are no quick fixes or easy methods when it comes to weight loss!!!!!!!!!

I read it and it proves that you can do this without dying....that is all.

I can shoot myself in the foot once a month an live too.
That does not mean it is the best method of dieting or even a good one.

Proper diet is designed to help your body maintain muscle and loose fat. You will be loosing muscle and weight at the same time. That will make you lighter and flabbier.

The truth is, if you only eat one meal a day, your body will adapt to it and put more of it on as fat, because it will think it's in a famine. The last thing you want to do is put yourself in that kind of situation.

Being active is a way to keep off weight.
