I want to lose weight...QUICK!?!


Question: i have checked my weight on a website and i am averge...bairly. i want to lose weight and be fit for summer. I also want to get in shape for softball and volleyball next year. I dont like the fact i have to constantly worry if im going to go over and become overweight. i only need to lose 15-20 pounds for me to be happy. What should i do?

wow, so you need to get serious fast
ok, tips:

1) eat healthy- it obvious but you have to restrain yourself
eat stuff that is healthy but you don't mind eating
carrots
nuts
multi-grain crackers
snap peas
and other great stuff that can't come to my head right now
now many ppl complain that they don't feel full, but that is because you didn't get what you wanted, not because you feel that you aren't full
so just drink milk or eat whatever you are eating very slowly that always helps you eat less and feel very full
(the reason takes too much typing)

2) exercise
now im 13 and i love volleyball also
so i need to stay fit
luckily i have a YMCA close to me so everyday at 5 no matter what homework i have or whatever i go running sometimes with friends or sometimes just outside not even at the Y
you have to do this everyday- the first week it is hard and it will seem boring but you have to be determined enough

also use other hobbies and favorites to keep you fit
i love dancing, so i got myself a DDR so that i can just dance whenever i wanna

3) determination
so you wanna look good for bikini season
so go out and buy yourself something that you can't fit into yet but would love to wear
so when you feel down look at that so that you keep on trying everday

4) not only are vegies and fruits and milk good for you, they are great for your skin and hair
now every girl loves skin and hair
if you dring milk constantly if is great for your hair
papaya also does wonders to your face
so search other foods and not only feel your best but look your best

Jog/Run 15-25mins a day and drink lots of water.

eat once a day, its the fastest just drink water

1 off your weight does not need to control your life
and for loosen weight exsercise and dont eat alot of fat or red meat no penuat butter or bread nothen to buttery and has alot of carbs

If you are looking for a way to stem your appetite I would recommend Hoodia mint. Its a minty tablet that you take three times a day. I bought mine online from holland and barrett. There's nothing nasty in them, it's natural stuff. You do need willpower but after three or four days of taking them I always start to feel fuller aftre meals and less likely to overindulge

Drink tea when you are hungry... take long walks... walk around your house when you are talking on the phone.... pick a food that is your worst weakness and cut it out of your diet. After 3 days of not eating your "weakness food" (mine is chocolate) you wont crave it any longer.
Keep a diary of what you eat so you can realize what you need to stop eating.
Buy fitting clothes regardless of the size number. I know it sucks to have to go up in a size, trust me, I freak out... but you look and feel soooo much better when you dont have that muffin top with your jeans.

start drinking water and a little milk, try the low fat milk. nothing else but those drinks and in less then a month that should drop you 4lbs there. eat small size meals more often. eat veggies, salads, fruits, whole grains, cut back on sweets and junk food. if your going to eat junk food eat like one 100 calorie pack.

my biggest problem is keeping junk food in the house. also, make sure you are consciously eating. sometimes, when i'm on the phone I don't realize how much i'm shoveling in. the best advice i can give for exercising is to find something you like to do. sounds obvious, but some people hate running, so consider group classes if you belong to a gym. my gym offers step, cardio dance, spinning, yoga, and pilates. this also sets up a schedule for working out, which is easier to keep than motivating yourself to get off of the couch. good luck!

My dietician recommended having the following: Breakfast ( no butter, lite milk, no fat), morning tea such as a piece of fruit or plain sugar free biscuits, Lunch simple sandwich with chicken salad etc (no butter or avacado). Then afternoon tea same as morning tea, then a light dinner, limit rice and pasta and watch your meal size. Then have a light supper such as a low fat skim milkshake or some sugar free biscuits. The idea is to keep your metabolism going by having breakfast and small meals throughout the day. Cut out oil, sugar, avacado, orange juice and butter. Limit bread and rice and pasta. Excercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If you need to drink soft drink drink diet. Good luck, if you don't feel like excercising, do some housework or anything that gets you moving. The key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

well,my mother in law did this ,is a three day diet,and she said it work for her,she lost 6 pounds in those three day,but you have to fallow the instruccions really carefull ,drinking a lot of water,do not eat between meals you can only use salt and pepper for seasoning your food or meat,and you can drink diet soda,but not to many ok.......first day for BREAKFAST.......1slide of toast,,1/2 grape fruit,,2 tablespoon of penut butter and coffe or tea no sugar,, LUNCH......1/2cup of tuna,,1slide of toast,coffe or tea,,,,DINNER......2slides of meat 3oz,any kind you like,1cup greens beans,1cup of bets,1 small apple and 1cup of vanilla ice cream,,,,well thats first day,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,second dayBREAKFAST........1egg boil, hard,sunny side up it doesn't matter,1/2banana,1 toast,and coffe or tea. LUNCH,,1cup cottage chesee 5 salti cracker....DINNER,,,,,2hot dogs,just bread and winni,1/2cup of broccoli,1/2cup carrots,1/2cup vanilla icecream,and1/2 banana.THIRD DAY BREAKFAST,,5 salti crackers,1slide of cheddar chesse,1small apple,coffe or tea,for LUNCH,,1eggand 1 slide of toast and for DINNER,,1cup of tuna thats 2 cans,1cup of bets,1cup of cliflowers 1/2 cantalupe,1/2cup vanilla ice cream..........and she said that this diet is for only three day and you can do it again in once a month just wach what you put in your mouth ok good luck and i hope it works for you...any questions
