First of all, at 25 you've got nothing to complain about. You're still young and as close to indestructible as you'll be for the rest of your life. Enjoy it while you can.

You were on steroids the first time and now you're (hopefully) doing this clean. This will make a big difference.

And then don't forget that you need to lose the fat and flab before you can see the muscles again. It might take a little longer because you're no longer juicing, but there's no reason why you can't get back to where you were.

steroids mess your body up. they can cause more estrogen in a males body, which makes it harder to lose weight. also, steroid history in a body can make ur metabolism slower, which means that u cant burn food and calories fast enough. all you have to do is find some kind of detox program. i recomment izocleanze.com. its a 5 day program that can help u lose 10 pounds in less than a week and reboot your metabolism.
