If taking creatine do you still need to rest?!


Question: i just started taking creatine but was wondering if i can workout everyday because i heard it speeds up muscle and tissue growth

and what is better to take it with jucie or water and i heard people sayin that taking it with jucie screws with it because of the acid in jucie it makes it not effective is that true?

No, you still need to have AT LEAST 48 hours of rest between lifts, its bad for your muscles to work out constantly. Creatines main purpose is to give your muscles more energy when lifting, directly increasing your strength. The idea that it speeds up muscle recovery is still in question, and many think that it speeds up the process very little if at all.

never work out every day! your muscles need time to rest, when they rest is when they grow, two days between each muscle workout. now creatine works!! ive used it before, got to keep taking it consistently, it doesnt matter what you take it with. I used juice, good luck!!
