What is a good way to stop eating so much?!

Question: And we go out to eat so much, and my parents know I love to eat. What can I say, its a hobby!
And im not saying im fat. I just want to lose an extra couple of pounds.
Is it true that if you lose weight you boobs get smaller?

Eat with your non-dominate hand. I did that and it forces you to eat slower. When you go out to eat, ask the waiter to bring out a box with your food. Put half of your plate in the box and take it home. Try to drink a nice full glass of water about 30-45 minutes before going out. Take your time eating and don't keep eating if you have food on your plate and you're full.
As for the breast question, some women I know lose weight in their chest first when they are trying to lose weight. Unless you are pregnant, a lot of it is adipose tissue (fat) so they might possibly shrink especially if you are big busted.

have a glass of grapefruit juice before you get ready to eat. If you dont like grapefruit juice then use lemonaid.
As they help suppress the urges. And make you feel full longer so as not to each too much when the meal comes.

Not it isnt always true that you lose breat size because you lose wieght. You can do exrcises to help firm them up more so you don't lose to much if you do. usually you lose it more under the arms along the ribs instead.
so dont let that detour you from trying to lose any weight at all.

Eat healthy foods...Weight Watchers has a whole section on healthy foods you can eat out at Restaurants. If you don't change your habits now, as you get older those pounds will creep up on you! kjl

You still need to eat to keep yourself healthy, but I recommend working out or walking the calories your over-consuming.

self control is the only way to stop excessive eating. your second question- it is not true.
