Weight Loss for my job?!

Question: I need to loose a significant amount of weight for my new job. Around 40 pounds would be nice if not more. I've been dieting and jogging for a month now and lost 4 pounds. Any suggestions on better dieting and better exercise? Rapid weight loss is my goal. I do NOT want any health risk answers, I know, I've read answers form people for hours on here and I get that its not healthy. Any suggestions welcome. Thnx

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that you diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

I was told to keep the calorie count under 1000/day. That just includes food. So go ahead and drink juice that has calories, drink lots of water as well.. Keep your calorie count under 1000 and you should be fine.

So you get that it's not healthy, but you want to do it anyway? Real smart. I guess everyone else on the website is wrong, but you're right?

4 pounds in a month? My suggestion is to weigh and measure your portions (make certain you know what a single serving is) and cut way down on your bread/starch/pasta carbs. 2 breads a day max is healthy but also helps you to lose quicker. Make up your carbs using fruit and vegetables. Chew slowly. Eliminate as much processed food as you can because it has hidden sugar and starch.

1 bread = 1 slice or 1/2 bagel or 1/2 english muffin.
1 starch = 3 oz. potato, 1/2 cup rice
1 pasta = 1/2 cup

Simply eat a healthy, balanced diet - foods from every food group, aim for colourful foods (dark green/dark orange vegetables/fruits), foods high in fiber, whole grains (avoid white bread/pasta as they are high in sugar). Perhaps you need to increase the intensity of your jogging, start running a little harder. You may want to add in some strength training exercises, since you'll gain muscle and muscle mass helps you burn calories at rest. If you are still struggling go visit your local certified personal trainer and/or dietian. Good luck!

I've been dieting since August 2007 and I've lost 43 pounds. All I've been doing is drinking a LOT of water everyday. I use the restroom at least twice in one hour. I don't know if this is what caused me to lose so much weight.

Besides drinking water, I have done very little exercise or jogging since I'm very busy with my studies. As for eating, I eat half of what I usually eat, and I rarely eat breakfast (which is bad)

I'm not sure if my diet was done correctly or not, I doubt it was healthy, but it worked for me.

man, you can increase the intensity of your exercise. for example you could speed up your jogging a little bit. and you could work out in a gym. a couple of this plus dieting should be effective. And always be patient. a couple of months and you will see the result. if you don't want health some risk don't lose weight so quickly.
