Good ones for the legs are squats/lunges. Also, squat leg lifts. You do a squat, and when you come back up you lift your leg to the side. For the muffin handle areas, try side-oblique crunches. Another great one for the bum is: Bending over at the waist, grab on to something for support (bed, dresser). In that position, alternately lift each leg straight back. Make sure your leg is straight. Hope the links help as well. Just some pictures to give you a better idea of what to do.

swimming is probably the best sport to work all your muscles.
(i don't love running either).
volleyball is a good sport that works the arms.
You could try cycling/biking to work the bum, legs.
you could also do crunches at night
Walking helps too, but takes longer for you to see the results.

If you're eating less, make sure you are eating the right food: meat, vegetables etc.
You can eat anything you want, it's all just about how much you eat aka portion control
