What exercises should i do to go along with a balanced diet?!

Question: im 17 year old guy. 5 feet 7 inches tall.215 lbs

I have recently changed my diet( healthy foods, portion
control, 8 glasses of water per day, etc.)

but i am still lost when it comes to what exercises i should do

Right now i dont want extreme workouts i just need some good exercises that can help me burn some calories and lose some weight.

I dont have any exercise equipment.

(My parents bought a pilates machine a while ago, but i didnt consider using it.)

I really dont have the cash for a gym membership or any other exercise equipment.

Could anyone help a guy out?

Cardiologists would say that brisk walking is nice....... it's because walking is the best exercise.

Biking and swimming too. You may also want to try that pilates stuffs you have. But my advice is brisk walking or jogging. With a few push ups and seat ups.

Maybe a daily jog.

And just for your information you have a BMI of 33.7. Anything over 30 is obese.
