A question about double chin.?!


Question: I have one, and I hate it, so when I'm on the treadmill most of the times I press my chin to the bottom of my neck so it can start sweating, and it does, will this make much of a diffrence to my problem.

No, the extra sweat is just water weight. The next time you take a drink or eat the water will be replaced.

There is no way to spot reduce body fat, your body burns its extra stores of fat from all over, not in a single spot. Your already doing great because your on a treadmill, which is a great way to burn off calories. Stick with it, eat a healthy diet, and eventually the double chin, and all the extra fat, will burn off.

Also, tilting your head down makes a double chin look worse. Hold your head up high, be proud of yourself, and look better too.
