Ok i want to know if i were to only eat dinner how long would it take for me to start losing weight?
I understand that it will hurt my metabolism and everything

Once again I KNOW IT IS BAD FOR ME!! But i want to know so please answer me...

What is the fastest way to lose like 10 pounds? I don't need it for a long term just like a week or two?

If you were to only eat dinner, you would lose weight, then gain it very quick. If it's suppose to be short term, I'd suggest a morning and mid-lunch/dinner meal. Also, small healthy snacks during lunch and dinner. Exercise (the running kind) would benefit you as well as going on the 1500 calorie or less diet.

Do not eat only once a day or else you'll either splurge during dinner or eat small, unhealthy snacks throughout the day. In the end, it's better to have a strict, feasible regiment. Also, even if you wanted to only eat one meal, dinner is the worst choice. Breakfast would benefit you the most since you'd burn it throughout the day as compared to sleeping with a meal in your stomach.

If there's a particular reason to lose 10 pounds (I had to drop 5 in a day) like a sporting event, then you should not eat the day before and not drink water. If and when you have to scale yourself, spit out as much as possible before. Trust me, I lost 6 pounds, mostly water weight, within a day. Of course I picked it all back up.

If you're talking about prom, then all I can say is to starve yourself 2 days before. Water does take some account, but remember, you cannot survive 2 days without water.

There's a lot of conditions that must be followed. No sodas, no chips, no HFCS (high-fructose corn syrup), no sweets, no fats (they take too long to burn and stay the longest), and no caffeine (it hasn't been proven yet, but it is assumed that increased amounts of caffeine could cause weight increase since the body is trying to compensate for it.

Out of all of this, all I can say is that exercise is HEAVILY advised. You can't lose weight just by sitting there. To put this into perspective, a friend of mine, a high school soccer player, takes in around 3.5 thousand calories. Even with this, he's in complete equilibrium since his work-out regiment takes that much out of him daily. I'm not telling you to go as far as that, but the treadmills will tell you how much you're losing and remember, 1500 calories = 1 pound. It's also important that you don't exercise to the point of anorexia. That's probably the worst thing you could ever do.

Mmmmk.. despite the health ramifications of such a restrictive eating pattern (that you seem to completely understand.. so I'll move on) you will begin to lose weight immediately and quickly if only eating one meal a day. Healthy or not, it will be gone. And the fastest way to lose ten pouds? Don't eat.
It's not in any way an intelligent thing to do and usually opens the door to eating disorders, but I'm not judging. Just see if you can do it, if you really want to.

Okay, it is bad for you. But, I only eat dinner, and I seem to GAIN weight. So, I guess you should really just eat a healthy, LOW CALORIE meal. There are also such things as negative calorie foods, which will help you burn calories as you eat it (ie: celery).

If you're planning on only eating one meal, at least hydrate yourself with lots of water, and water only. Because not eating, and not drinking fluids could leave you seriously dehydrated. So drink lots of water.

Also, another quick and unhealthy way to lose weight, is eating lots of fiber rich foods. There's some yogurts that are full of fiber. (Fiber rich foods help you poo).
