I have lost 10 pounds now using http://www.sparkpeople.com
You have to commit TIME to log in your food daily, but it helps you set up goals, see how many calories you should be consuming, log your calories and excercise, and has loads of into on exercises you can do plus forums for encouragement.
To help count calories, there is http://www.calorieking.com or http://www.caloriecounting.com
The best thing is, sparkpeople is ALL free. A millionaire started it and sank millions into it himself to "help people".
I tried it before and wasn't faithful to log or watch my calories. I am more faithful this time, and am seeing results. Good luck...this battle is SO hard. I feel your pain.

no the best thing ever is the special k diet!

Ask a dietician or a doctor

ok
you are going to have to email me
because i am going to give you a special plan
that i had to pay for
soooo email me and i will reply with your
plan

just eat your fuits and veggies.
cut down on junk food.
and love your body!

I just eat things that sound healthy. Remember that things like dextrose and high fructose dorn syrup are bad for you. Stay away from coffee, sweet tea, and any kind of carbonated beverage. Drink water, regular tea, REAL juices...

Of course use this to help you out... thedailyplate.com I love it.

your gp will reccomend a dietition

for something that specific, you'll need to go to a dietician, sorry.
but as far as "when" to eat, only ever eat when you're hungry, and keep eating until you're not hungry anymore, but not "full". That's the healthiest way to eat.

But as far as foods are concerned, a dietician is the only person who will be able to tell you what foods are best for your body type, activity level, ethnicity, etc...

I don't know if this is what your looking for.
but try discoveryhealth.com
they have recipes and plans and stuff.
:)

the link is down below. :D

sparkpeople.com is a good site that will give you a personalized meal plan based on your own needs. It even gives you a weekly grocery list.

perhaps speak to a dietician/nutrition specialist about your specific needs
