MAJOR Eating problem............????!
Question: Ok so basically i eat very healthily for breakfast and lunch- small portions etc. heres an example,
breakfast: nonfat yogurt w/ berries or a banana and half a glass of milk (skim)
lunch: yogurt (if i had oatmeal for breakfast) or a sandwich
the problem is dinner. I come back from softball after school and i over eat bc i ate so little during the day. at dinner usually im ok eating alot of protein etc but its late at night and even right before and after dinner that i eat. :( - what foods should i be eating and do you have any tips for avoiding the food? thanks!!!!!!!
btw: im 18, 5'6", 140lbs

the most important meals are breakfast and Lunch because you burn it off. if you eat a lot at night it doesn't digest and you sleep on it which is unsettling. eat more for lunch and breakfast but eat less at dinner.
