Pulled groin muscle question?!
Question: I have been doing a lot of working out cardio wise, but no full out sprinting, in gym class we are practicing the 100 meter sprint and I ran it and felt fine, the next day however I woke up with extreme pain in my righter thigh on the inner part, I can't skip gym because I like it and my gym teacher doesn't like excuses, just comment on what you just read

Injury isn't an excuse, it's a valid reason. If you don't take the time to recover now, you'll probably end up making things far worse. Just rest a day or two till it gets back to normal, and you'll be better off in the long run.
If you pulled it you would have felt it while sprinting and most likely fallen down. Sounds like you are just really sore and/or strained it.
