Am I Fat? ( I'm 11 But I Look 14 )?!


Question: Okay... I swear EVERYONE can NEVER believe that I'm 11! Whenever they ask my age and I tell them they are like "WHOA? Are you kidding me?" And I hate that! It really bugs me! It's like " YA! I SAID IM 11 GOT IT?" I'm mature when I wanna be. I act like I'm 14 some times.

So I was wondering if you people would think I'm fat. I have a lot of muscle! I'm like a minnie body builder! I'm in soccer and I'm the fastest one on my team. And I weighed over 130 pounds. I dont know how much but the last time i check... like 8 months ago i weighed 117. I'm 5'4 so i guess im tall....

People tell me I'm skinny but how is that so when I weight so much... I know its muscle but how much does that stuff weigh?
Also, its hard to believe because i fit in a womens size 2...

Wow, a 1! I am jealous! I weighed 130 when I was your age, and I was not nearly as athletic, so you can guess what made up most of my weight... I wore a size 6 in womens, and I never thought I was fat. I had the same problem, when I was 11 they thought I was 13, at 12 they thought 14, 13 = 15, etc.

I think you're doing great! And that little b*tch maeagle77xo needs to go throw up or something.

If you lose any weight, you're going to be a 0 or a 00 or even a -1 lol. Don't let anyone tell you that you need to be any different than what you are.

Muscle is more dense, and weighs more than fat.

A skinny person with a lot of muscle will look the same, but weigh way more than someone who is built with more fat on their body.

Weight is just a number, its how you look and feel about yourself that really matters.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
exercise
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week
also for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! <3

Sweetie, they're giving you a compliment. You probably are georgous and they just think your body matured like a 14 year old.

No that weight and height is not considered overweight at all, even though muscle weighs more than fat. You are considered average (just right).

Stay active and your body will be in shape... good luck

don't worry!!! I looked like a 14 yr old when i was 11 and then when i was 14 everyone thought i was 17!!!! Just stay active and you will be fine! start working out and don't diet (youre too young and still growing) but be aware of the food you are putting in your body...stop drinking high calorie soda and start drinking more water.....eat more veggies and fruit and start eating wheat bread....tell your parents you want to eat healthy so they can support you. (dont tell them diet....or lose weight....they will be against that and should be) but that you want your veggies and fruit!!!! Are your parents tall? you will probably spurt up and thin out naturally....that's what happened to me. Don't worry about it, be healthy, and enjoy being 11!!!!!

Hunny, if you fit in a woman size 2... that is skinny!.. I'm 21, and I wear a size 6.. and I am far from fat. People don't usually judge by a persons weight... they usually judge by the persons appearance (your face)... You may just have more mature features... which is not a problem at all!... People always thought I was older than I really am too... I have rather pretty eyes, and a decent looking face... So, when I was about 16 people thought I was 19, and now that i'm 21, people think i'm at least 23... it really is not a bad thing!... your probabaly just really pretty! :-) Pretty girls are assumed to be older than they actually are.

the reason u fit into a size 2 is because ur tall
dw, when i was 11 i was 5'3 and fit into size 2 clothes and i was a skinny 110 pounds

wow you are like pretty big, let me just tell you, when i was 11, i weighed 70 pounds, wow, i see now just how thin i really am.
