Do as much as you normally do to pass the time, but also cover up the clock and other gauges on the treadmill. Because you're watching your progress, it seems slower. Covering up all the little readings means you don't look down at them as much, and you'll lose the impulse to do so and focus on other things.

Hope this helps!

Its impossible to make time go faster.

Listen to dance music that is upbeat! Try reading a magazine or book.

TV, MP3 Player, Radio...

Thats easy, watch an intense movie that gets your heart going. You'll be so captivated that time will go by faster and your body may even speed up to the music and beats. Bodies are weird like that...

watch rocky

audio books are excellent! they need more mental involvement than simply watching tv or a movie. or if you are walking slow enough you could try reading a magazine or a book.

Oh my god just suck it up and do it.

I know what you mean. Read an interesting book.

well listen to all different kinds of music ....watch different movies or even get off the treadmill and walk around your neighborhood , talk on the phone , text do anything that keeps your mind off of the clock.

Music is the only thing that works for me. I've tried tv and it doesn't work. I pick some of my favorite songs..and play them really loud on the headphones so I can't hear anything else. When it gets to a really upbeat part..I go faster on the treadmill. Just find something that works for you. I usually spend 70 minutes on the treadmill.

either watching tv or listening to your ipod or to music......
