You can buy powdered protein. It's only 150 cal.
maybe one that has egg (white) albumin as its protein source is pretty good for those criteria
I personally like the Atkins Chocolate Delight (160 calories and well balanced)
You're probably not looking for a protein mix, but I would also recommend Chocolate Body Fortress - tastes great with milk
just put low fat fruits like pineapple or oranges and it will tast good

or you could try nutritional yeast flakes, vegans like to use this product for a good soucre of protein. Both products you can find at whole foods.

Man Juice: In a Blender add:
2 Bananas , 1/2 cup coffee (if your working out) Or if you don't like coffee then add a favorite crunch/energy bar, 4 to five scoops Vanilla Ice Cream.
And don't forget the peanut butter.
Or if you wanna go the other" way
I 16 oz of "spicy"V8 juice, 1 whole can of Red Beats
and and egg (you wont taste the egg)
They sound gross but both are really good(if you like peanut butter)
Those are the drinks I make for my 90 degree summer jogs.
