How do you convince someone they're not fat?!

Question: its a girl

Answers: its a girl

Tell her even if she thinks she's fat, shes not! And she is sooo sexy to you...

you cant

You could show'er some photos of my ex-wife!
Mannnnny things are small by comparison...

BMI (body mass index).

Use it for her and tell her.
Average bmi = healthy = not fat.

Get them to take a body mass index test.

Type in BMI into the internet and get the to take the test. It will tell them if they're underweight, healthy weight, over weight, or morbidly obese for their a age/height

Tell them to stop listening to the media. I know girls who were nothing near being fat but would always call themselves fat. You can just tell them there not fat but they just think you're being nice. They have to get it over with themselves somehow.

Take the BMI test (link below); just type in your weight and height and see the results immediately. It will tell you if you are overweight or not.

But that might not work; even if the calculator shows her that she is not overweight, she might not believe it.

So ... show her a fatter person.

It's like, when you want to feel young, hang out with older people.

It depends on what size, age and weight she is. That's how u can tell.

If they ARE overweight for their age, then there's no point in being dishonest about it just to make them feel good. Girls don't like it if someone, especially a guy invalidates their opinions and say, "Don't worry, you're not!" 'Coz if u do, they'll think you're lying :-(

i have a friend with an eating disorder and the best way to convince someone that theyre not fat is to NOT BRING UP THEIR WEIGHT AT ALL. and if they bring it up just ignore and change the subject. im telling you its the only way. there is no way you can convince someone their not fat. not bringing up the persons weight might make them realize that people dont care about theyre physical characteristics.

go take a walk with her and discreetly point out what you would consider overweight without being cruel to your target but the question of better value is: Whatever weight you are - are you happy with your own company? Her problem , if she isn't overweight, may be self esteem, needing to get approval so she is accepted and liked. Is she a nice person or a selfish rude brat? Nice goes along way to diminish the negative physical appearance one would notice if you weren't nice. If you are a guy and not one of her relatives perhaps it is important to her your particular opinion.....It always made me wonder, with all the body pierchings and green hair shades why someone would then worry if they were "fat"?
