Chin up excersies?!


Question: i recently bought a chin up bar and want to get a good workout on it to get big arms should i just do as many as i can or do like 3 sets or something. i can do 7 and doing 3 sets of 7 really really pushes me. any ideas?

u should start slow and slowly amp it up. for instance, the fist time should be about 3 and slowly raise it when u think that u r getting used to it.


anyway...happy exercising!!!

Do several sets with a short rest between.
Try letting yourself down SLOOOOWW>
That really puts the stuff on the arms.

just do what i did. steroids mixed with some HGH. I'm ripped out of my mind and all is well in my life. except for the fact that i cry once an hour and i have acne on my back...did i mention my dog pooped on the rug so i threw him out the window of my 15th floor apartment. but than i felt bad so i ran downstairs and caught him.
