I eat healthy and I don't really like salads at all. If you DO eat a salad, you should NOT EVER eat a caesar salad...so unhealthy. You should definitely eat spinach leaves and lots of veggies on it though. And make sure not to eat a fattening salad dressing.

Now, on to the healthy food. There are so many things you can have!! Carrot sticks, yogurt, and a sandwich on whole grain bread (turkey with provolone, swiss, or a reduced fat cheese with lettuce, tomatoes or whatever, no mayo)...yum. Drink some skim milk (I drink organic...it tastes better) or water and you've got a whole meal!

You can have pasta too, but make sure it is the whole grain pasta and get spagetti noodles because the thick ones stick with you longer, and look online for some healthy sauces you can make, or you can just steam veggies and make a kind of sauce that you put them in and put them with your noodles. My mom does this and it is delicious!!

The main thing is to eat healthy and drink a ton of water...that's what I do and I'm at a good weight. Drink skim milk, get reduced fat cheeses if you love them (like I do) eat whole grains when you eat carbs (which your body needs by the way) eat lots of veggies and some fruits, eat fat-free yogurt (it helps you lose weight!), don't eat fried foods, don't eat a lot of red meat, but focus on chicken and fish. Don't eat a lot of mayo or processed foods. Eat at least 5 grams of fiber in the morning (look on the cereal box) and cut down on sugar intake.

Also, when you have a huge craving, you can't kick, give in once in awhile, just don't make it a habit.

^yes I know they are for kids but so what?

Tomato sandwich. =)

Eat beans and brown rice, or whole wheat bread with bean spread, or soups with oats or various beans in them. You have a lot of choices. Small pieces of chicken breast on a whole grain, high fiber tortilla with pickles, vegetable soup, ...there are so many choices, just go low fat and high fiber. Go to Foodnetwork website and look up recipes by Cuan Carlos Cruz of the Weigh In show.

okay eating just salad won't do good. you need to eat a balanced diet, but don't overload. if your on a diet cut down the portions and also get exercise

What i do is..

i eat tuna, with fat free mayo, on low cal bread. you can get bread thats 40 cals for 2 pieces, and its not to bad actually, and the tuna fish is very high in protien, so it burns fast. also, you can get soups that are fat free or low cals.

it is hard to eat healthy, but the key is to be creative, honestly the more you think about it the more you really can eat, and it doesnt seem like your loosing out at all :)

good luck!

I like the south beach wraps 200-230 calories.About 30 grams of protein. You can get them at walmart in with the packaged lunch meats and cheeses. Many to choose from.I have one for dinner each night.I've lost 53 lbs so far.(in 21 weeks)

my favorite thing is carrots and peanut butter (But watch how much PB it is high in calories). also you can have almost anything in small portions, but just a tip, protein will help you stay full longer. Also, whenever I have a craving for something sweet, i pop an icebreakers sour, they cut the cravings! Hope that helps, good luck and stay motivated!

There are some really good soup reciepe's out there that are really low in fat! goto a website that has calories put with all the info and it should be easy, also baked potatoes with low calorie fixings make you fill up with not a whole lot of calories!!

chicken, sliced tomato, hard boiled egg

veggies and dip

whole wheat pasta (no more than a cup), a few meatballs, sauce

scrambled egg, slice of toast, an apple or fruit cup

some supermarkets have brown rice california rolls (avocado, cucumber), and you can always pack your own lunch. chicken breast with whole grain pasta or fish is a good choice. if you don't want too much carb, try flatbreads, and go for whole grain instead of refined white or wheat. But from my own experience, you can lose weight without eating less on a home cooked wholesome menu. By home cooked, I mean not store bought sauce that you just reheat and serve with pasta, and definitely not store marinated meat that you just put on the grill. It must be made from scratch so you know what you actually put in your mouth.

hiya

i dont eat anything after 7am and i go to the gym alot

its really healthy - my personal trainer told me i am average weight/height - 5ft10 and 5st.

good luck x

when your on a diet you can eat many things try eating more stuff off the food pyrimid and if you wanna lose weight eat more small meals a day not three big ones because your body will keep the weight on

Fruits, Vegetables,Grains, Beans and Nuts, Seafood are also healthy. I hope this site helps. Good Luck!

I get sick of it 2. I LOVE thick vegetable soup. Sometimes I make a big crockpot of it with tons of veggies. Grab several bags of the frozen ones at the store. ( I like green beans ocra, corn, tomatoz, onions, celery). A large bowl will only be around 100-120 calories & zero fat!!. Let it cook as long as you like, add saltines or those oyster crackers. FAB!

In order to stay healthy, you need enough lean protein - it's necessary to build muscle, so you lose only fat.
Good choices are low-fat yogurt, low fat cottage cheese,
water-packed tuna, or grilled chicken breast. Add some steamed vegetables and a small serving of brown rice or a slice of whole-wheat bread, and you have a good meal.
You could also try a "healthy-meal" shake - it's a whole balanced meal, but it tastes like dessert! Contact me directly for more details.
