Which is best--mass or muscular or somewhere in the middle?!
Question: I"d like to be in great shape.So i do weight training 5 days per week.so far i am going heavy,but without any good results in my body.SHould I go lighter,so that i"ll get that muscular body OR
MASS OR MUSCULAR--which looks good on shirt??

If your trying to get muscles you really don't need to be working out ever day. Your muscles need time to rest so take a day or two from excising while eating healthy. Then work out. I think foods in high proteins can help build up muscles.
I would work out 3 days straight then take a 2 day break and work rest of the week.
maybe not as muscular as Arnold Squenzar or as skinny as Ashton Kutcher. Maybe around Brad Pitts size or Nellys
