run lots. thats what i do.

Exercise and watch what you eat.

think of an overweight person walking around in a string bikini. youll loose your appitite right away. :D no offence to overweight people, but come on. you dont want to end up like them right?

Hello. I created a new fitness and diet board that you may find useful. water is the key to losing weight!!
-most times when you think you are hungry you are actually thirst- so get water!
-always drink (sports drink, water) before, after, and during a workout
-do cardio activities for 20 minutes at least 3 times a week
- eat right, and possible go on a healthy diet
-and exercise!

find a pic of a body that u like...realize this isnt YOUR body but it gives u something to aspire to, put the pics on ur fridge, cupboards, anywhere u get cravings, in ur purse, just a 'reminder' what ur working towards and want to achieve

Be Amazed at how simple it is to lose that excess weight you have .....

when ur sitting watching tv or leaning into the fridge put your hand on your belly and and shake your arm, if ur belly wobbles too a lot, you dont need the other half of the easter egg til tomorrow, go out and do some excercise instead!

A big bag of grapes for snacking - make u bloated but fill u up!

exercise and eating 1200 cal daily

More people like you/are attracted to you if you're thinner!
