Question in regards to sleep and ways to control the amount you need?!
Question: It's pretty simple. I ride a bike to work and it takes a hour to and from, i need a second job to pay off debt, i work from 7a-4p and i get up at 5:30 to leave at 6.
Any second i get would most likely end at 11:30-12:30 so i would essentially be getting 4 hours of sleep.
I plan on doing this for 6-12months max. then i should have a good stack of change.
Normally i've "needed" around 6-7 hours to have a functional day...
So! the question is, what can I do to either need less sleep to function or "deal" with the lack of sleep i'm getting. Pills, supplements, a specific time to work out, will anything help?
Note: among riding i work out a bit during my first job, and please don't say "coffee" or something like that. I don't think caffeine will really help me, unless you can prove otherwise...

Really BAD idea.
No, you're not going to function with so little sleep.
You need 7-8 per night.
Your brain won't function; you'll develop all sorts of health problems; you'll be exhausted all the time; your personality will deteriorate.
Do not do this, not even for 6months.
Cut down on your expenses; pay off more slowly.
Not getting sleep is NOT good for you.
