Could i lose fat doing this?!


Question: Lately I have been exercising for around 40 minutes, 5 days a week, with 3 days of cardio and 2 days of muscle work, eating quite healthy with only the occasion treat and drinking around 2 litres + a day.
If i keep on going doing this do you think i will be able to lose fat and get leaner in around 12 weeks?

by the way i am not overweight i am just trying to get leaner.

as long as the 2 liters are water, then yeah definitely. even if they arent, still thats a really great exercise plan. congrats on sticking to it!

this sounds good 2 me. just make sure ur drinking 2 liters of water and not something thats bad 4 u

dont give up on what you are doing. keep it up and be sure to lose some fat.

Try not to drink, whether its soda or alcohol i stopped drinking it and I lost about 5 pounds that month.

Try sticking to water, juice, and tea.

i think your doing an awesome job. but to be honest everyone has their own different body meaning differnt rates of getting lean. so no one can actually give you a real yes or no question. but i think your doing an excellent job at working towards your goal

Maybe, it's hard to say. Your drinking 2+ litres of what a day? If it is grease or fat, then i would say no probably not, or if it is beer, then i would say no.

2 liters of coke? well that is gona make it worst, cut the cola. ttreating urself is fine, im like that, i do 7 cardio a week, and some muscle, but i have a trick, its how much u burn, not how long, or how fast, if u burn 1000 calories in 90 minutes going at 3 speed, thats better than burning say 400 in 30 minutes at 6 speed. trust me on that one. lost calories, lose weight, lose weight, ur abs come out. hope it helps.

It goes against logic but you should do more muscle as opposed to cardio.

Yes.
You've got the two factors to losing weight under control; your diet and exercise.

Another thing you may want to try is speeding up your metabolism.
The weights will help along with in taking lots of protein into your diet and trying to eat 5small meals a day rather than 3medium size meals.
Also avoid eating just before bed and eat as soon as you get up to kick start your metabolism.
Never skip Breakfast!

the best thing to do is:

1. eat when you are hungry (not emotionally like boredom, or being sad. do not starve at ALL)

2. eat what you want (if you are craving something, then eat it. throw out all foods that you don't like. EAT WHAT YOU WANT, NOT WANT YOU THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE)

3.eat consciously (eat slower, taste the food. you will find out that some of the foods that you ate fast were not good at all)

4. when you think you are full, stop. ("listen" to your stomach. ppl tend to eat with their eyes and not their stomach. )

Keep this up for a month, you will be able to see the difference
