Tips on losing weight before summer?!


Question: i know excercising and eating healthy is part of it, but does anyone have any other tips for losing weight before summer vacation starts? i need to lose probably 10-15 pounds.

drink ALOT of water, it will flush out all of the bad stuff in your body. it also helps in weight loss

eat veggies and fruits everyday. things like brocolli, all kinds of berries. try getting more fiber and protein, and less sodium.

do cardio (jumping rope is fun) for atleast 30 mins 5 times a week, and maybe add 1 or 2 days of weights with the cardio to get more toned. lifting weights will also raise your metabolism

try to run for 30 minutes a day, at least. or do other types of cardio.

eat lots of pickles, the only thing they contain is too much sodium. 0 fat, 0 carbs and almost no calories. They will fill you up so you don't eat as much other stuff. I eat them by the jar full. an entire 32oz jar full is only 150 calories. A tic-tac is more than that.

Dont binge eat! Eat healthy and drink lots and lots of water! Drink apple cider vinegar with honey in a glass of water. Apple cider vinegar works because it makes the body burn calories better, that it reduces the appetite or simply that it gets the entire metabolism working at top efficiency. Use organic Apple Cider vinegar with the "mother" still in it. Good luck!
