April: one way is going to your Doc and seeing what your BMI is" Body Mass Index" this tells you what weight you should be approxomently and what your at now. Also if your higher then you should be ask your doc what ways are best to assist if you do want to be where you should be and to be healthier for YOU no one else buy YOU. Easy, go to gym and have % body fat checked.
see your doctor...they will let you know if you are in your personal range or not.
