Perky butt???!


Question: What is better to do for a perkier butt...I am doing squats and lunges and wonder if I should do more reps with light weights or less reps with heavier weights? I want my butt to be a little toned and perkier but definitely not small. Right now my hips are 36 inches, im not a big person as it is only 112lbs but want a better bottom! thanks

It depends on what it looks like, and what you expect. Heavy weight/low rep builds size, low weight/high rep tones. You might wish to do the first, and buld the size butt you wish, then tone, to shape it the way you want it. You can sort of mix the two, by using some weight on the squats, and low or no on the lunges. Try both and see what works best. The mirror is your guide!!!!!!

start doing some spinning classes or bike riding!!
they are excellent for the giving you tight glutes and a perky bum!

you might want to try doing deadlifts, they really work the hamstrings, and glutes , you should also do cleans with front squats. but you dont want to go heavy, cause that will cause things to get bigger, so youll want to do light weight with high reps, and that will tighten and tone you.
