Exercises for the area on your thighs located directly under your butt cheeks?!

It sounds like you've got some excess fat in that area. There isn't any way to eliminate fat in a specific area without eliminating it everywhere. And the best way to lose fat is cardio! Try going running.

You mean hamstrings..

Well, go to a gym and find a weightlifting machine for hamstrings. Also, make sure you're doing cardio.. that'll help you lose the fat.

Hamstrings are the most annoying body part to work on, by the way.. at least for me. I just hate it. But that's probably just me because my hamstrings aren't very flexible. I can't even touch my toes.

Squats and lunges work the quadriceps. i.e. the front part of your leg. Not so much the hamstrings.
