Talk to the people who run the gym. Decide what you are trying to do: your goals. Then they can work with you to come up with a program.
Yes - your muscles will reach a level and not grow as fast. Vary your routine every 4-5 weeks. Change things up. Take every fifth or sixth week off and do no more than maybe some stretching. This will really let your muscles recover and you will see growth and results.

make sure you're eating healthy. Make sure you add weight or resistance after a while, when it seems to be getting easier. So that you're always working hard.

good luck. & congrats on losing the weight cuz i just joined a gym and havnt really lost ne thing yet haha.

You should have a trainer if you joined a reputable gym and that trainer helps you through a routine adding weight resistance when necessary. I went to a gym for four yrs but only every other day. Listen to your trainer or enquire about one at the gym if your dues doesn't cover one.

you really need to talk to the people who work at the gym - they can assess you and your nneeds. nobody can online.

my advice - dont go to the gym every day if you just joined recently u will burn yourself out. 3 to 4 times a week is more realistic in the long term. do classes that are at the gym (if there are any). you can tone a range of muscles and do a lot more than you would ever get done alone.
