It's 1:00 AM, I feel like eating how do I stop?!

fresh fruit/veggie juices...try a glass or two of warm lowfat or skim milk flavored with a little tinge of chocolate or coffee and munch a banana or two...that should get you back asleep soon...!!

don't starve yourself.
you won't be able to sleep until you eat.

have some pickles or you can have some veggies or fruits whitch wont have over 50 calories and some veggies have negative calories
