It really depends on your body composition. Underlean is as bad as overweight, and malnourished is worst of all, so pay more attention to what you eat--a wide range of fruits, veggies, proteins and grains--than how much you weigh. If you have no health problems, are able to comfortably sustain moderate physical activities, and your body fat falls within a generally accepted healthy range (up to about 25% for women, with 17-20% ideal), then you're probably good at whatever weight.

A health weight would be between 125 and 140
a healthy weight would be 135-140
but the average is 145-155
115 - 145 pounds, i guess
55-63kgs if you r a female
Per my Dr and hes a kaiser doc 120-130.
60-65 kgs.
I say 155 lbs at the most.
