I know you put not to say it's unhealthy, but it definitely is. You'd gain it all back with a high chance of getting stretchmarks as well for the rapid weight loss. You want to lose 5lbs or more in a week? or PER week. How long?

I've tried the 3day diet, it's a diet they give to people before they get heart surgery. I lost 6lbs in 3days.. You can lose up to 10lbs. You have to eat whatever it tells you to eat.. it's alot of food.. healthy food. You could try that. Google it :)

If you need to lose 5lbs in a month, go on a calorie diet. 1200-1700 a day.. depending on your weight and height.

Starvation.
That is really the only way to lose that much weight in that short of a time. And that's an awful way to do it, considering you could potentially die (but hey at least you'll be thin, right!?) And if you don't die you could suffer some serious problems in the future. For example, heart problems, or the inability to have children when you are older.

It is recommended by health professionals that losing 1-2 pounds per week is the most healthy rate to lose weight. Also, losing this much at a time will ensure that you will not gain the weight back once you have lost it! See some of the other posts in the Diet and Fitness section. well you already know its not healthy otherwise you wouldnt have said not to tell you that. I dont recommend losing that amount a week. That being said (and again I dont recommend it im only telling you because you asked and I know first hand.) Its quite easy to lose more than 5 pounds a week by eating fruits and vegetables and keeping them down(fruits and veggies take about a half hour or so to digest) then throwing up anything else you eat...I wanted to lose weight for my brothers wedding and did this for a month and lost 40 pounds o.O But it ruined my stomach, esophagus, and i put the weight back on as soon as I stopped. The healthy way is the only way to do it if you wanna keep it off.**edit** starving yourself completely isnt going to do much...in that short period of time all that will happen is your body will kick into hibernation mode and eat itself and you really dont lose that much doing it that way unless you do it for longer periods of time than a week. Weight loss from starvation or fasting starts showing benefits at 15 days or so.

i tried eating 6 meal a day but it's all biscuit and fruits only... then i do jumping rope....and kick boxing... it works...

eat just fruit drink a lot of water and exercise
