What is a fast fat burning exercise?!


Question: I dont have much time, with college and work.
But i do need to lose weight.
So anyone who knows a enercise which will burn fat fast would be a big help

Swimming is one of the overall best exercises there is. It hits all of the muscles and is a great aerobic workout as well.

Jogging, cycling. Nothing better was invented :) You need to do it for at least 20-30 minutes for best effect.

I think running would be best, but you have to start by walking. Since i've started i seem to have more energy. Im not running much yet but walking 2.5 miles daily and running part of that. give it a try.

for tummy fat do situps. they'll flatten out your stomache and turn it into abs. thighs- knee ups
