Can i loose 38lbs in 16 weeks?!


Question: I currently weigh just under 140lbs. (72kg)
i want to weigh around 120lbs. (55kg)
I have done BMI, for my height and that would make me slim.
not underweight, but middle of healthy weight.
Can i loose 38lbs (17kg) by July 20th if i...

Breakfast: 1 cup protein rich cereal with lite milk
lunch; Turkey and cranberry sandwhich on rye
dinner: chicken breast and side salad
snacks: 2 apples and 3L water.

I will jog minimum of 4k a day, (6.5miles)

PLEASE DONT SAY ITS NOT ENOUGH FOOD.
IT IS. I HAD IT TODAY. IM NOT HUNGRY AT ALL!

Oh, and when i have lost 15lbs, i will then do toning exercises too. :)

Also if u find yourself getting hungry, but u want to stick to your diet try chewing gum! i go through a packet of extra in 2 hours which is sugar free and 0 calories if not swallowed.

It's possible, that's a little over 2 lbs. a week. That's a healthy way of doing it. You sound like you are all ready on the right track.

Thats a good rotine But i suggest eating something like a granola bar or carrots and celary for a snack. (NO DIPS!!!)
add the apples to your lunch. you wont eat as much a dinner and you will have a little more energy. Drink diet green tea! it has antioxidents in it that help clean out your colon and liver and make digestion easier.

You will need to come up with some alternate meal plans as well. If you try to eat JUST this menu every day for 16 weeks, you will quickly become bored with it. You'll need some back up menus to alternate with this one. Even if it's a different cereal every other day & preparing the chicken differently every few days. Your diet seems sensible to me, just come up with a few different ones so you'll have variety. If you can stand it, tuna is a great meal...very low fat & lots of protein. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!
