fast weight loss is very bad for you - you should do this over a months rather than weeks.

The only sensible way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat less and exercise more. Starvation diets are unhealthy and the weight returns rapidly.

Take Metamusil you just mix it with water and drink it every day!!! You can get it at any drugstore or supermarket and it will remove all the extra stuff in your body!! You can also go on a gluton free diet while on metamusil and eat lots of white rice because white rice is just like water!!!!

If you want to lose weight AND keep it off- you should do it the natural way- eat fewer calories and exercise. To lose roughly one pound a week- you need to consume 500 less calories a day than your daily recommended allowance. To lose two pounds a week- it needs to be 1000. You can do this by cutting calories and/or by exercising. So let's say your DRA is 2,000 calories a day- you could cut out 500 in diet and do cardio to burn the other 500. However if you just need to drop 5 or so pounds to fit into an old suit for a day or something- go to GNC or a place like that and get one of the detox drinks. There are certain ones that basically flush out your system in a day or two- but you'll need to have access to a toilet pretty much at all times.

All the very fastest ways WILL kill you. You could eat nothing and exercise all day long, but even then your body would revolt and shut down on you. You could take stimulants, diuretics, and appetite suppressants, but those things could cause you to dehydrate and die too.

The point for losing weight is to be healthier, not to just make the number on the scale lower. Losing weight too fast will most likely be water loss, not fat loss, so you won't look better or be healthier. And you're almost 100% assured of gaining it back plus some more.
