Question: Should I do each night to see results in 3 months? If I do 100 crunches and 100 squats every night will I see results soon? (also I eat well)?

I SAW INCREDIBLE RESULTS IN 1 MONTH BUT I USE TO DO 500 CRUNCHES EVERY NIGHT PLUS A LITTLE CARDIO. I HAVE TO GET BACK TO IT NOW LOST MY ABS DUE TO MY PREGNANCY :-)

-100 sit ups
-50 crunches

then results you will see in 2 weeks.

thats a good plan but if u want abs you also need to lower your body fat %. do cardio and workout they burn calories and raise your metabolism

good that ure eating healthy!

you sure will... as long as you are watching your diet and fluid intake. good luck, and remember technique is the most important thing when working abs, not #'s so much.. and try to look up other ab exercises as crunches don't work all your ab muscles, you need to do obliques as well... there are tons of variations that will help, just look them up on a fitness site.

What sort of results are you expecting?

Google or yahoo "stomach vacuum". Its a breathiing exercise that works your transverse abdomianls-works awesome and best of all its free.

looks like youve already seen results but uh yes you will

You should see results (provided that you continue to eat well) within a week. I would, however, recommend that you add something for the lower abs(leg lifts, leg extensions) and something for the obliques (side crunches, twists) as crunches put 80% of the effort on the upper abs, and very little on the lower abs and obliques.
Remember, when you crunch, pretend that there is an orange between your chin and chest....DON'T crunch the head and neck. Look up towards the ceiling.

Doing crunches alone will NOT flatten your stomach. 100 squats a night will not do anything either.

The best way to see results is by getting an entire body workout. If working one area of our body would make it stronger, then we'd all walk around with hollow jaws since the jaw muscle probably gets the biggest workout of any part of our body (between talking and chewing)

Also, what kind of results do you want? You'll have to change your routine eventually, otherwise your body will get used to it's routine and hit, what is called a "peak". This is where your body has become so accustomed to it's workout, you'll hit a wall, and you won't see any results.

Not to mention, you need to give your muscles time to recover, doing 100 squats every night is not a good idea, because you're not allowing your leg muscles to repair themselves.

Yes! I think u wuld get double the muscle the more u do!!
