Do NOT let 1 measly little day throw you off. Get back on track tonight with steamed veggies and drink lots of water to pass the crap you already ate. Tomorrow is a new day. This won't be the last time you slip, it's getting back up that counts. Just try and concentrate on your overall goal, which should be health. Or consider how many calories you've comsumed so you are aware of your set backs. A great way to do this is a food journal. Good Luck!

It's okay to have days like that once in awhile. They won't impact your diet much.

you'll be fine, one day will not hurt all your efforts, the weight on the scale may be different tomorrow because you have consumed more today, but just start over tomorrow and you'll be fine, and from what it sounds like you didnt eat too horibbly just get it under control and remember tomorrow is a new day

just thow it up or laxtives

One bad day will not keep you from losing weight (at least it didn't for me). Try not to be too hard on yourself.

just exercise a little more today and it wont matter at all. cardio is the best for burning a few extra calories.

Just eat better tomorrow, you will be fine.

Actually, a "cheat" day is essential for your body to lose weight, believe it or not.
A "bad" eating day will shock your body's metabolism back into shape.

So you shouldn't feel terrible at all, just don't make a habit of it and you'll be fine.

I hope not! I've been dieting too and I had 2 oreo's today.

Just shake it off and get back on track. It's what you do over the long term that matters, not all the peaks and valleys in between.

Actually, having what's known as a 'free day' can be very beneficial in dieting. A free day is one day a week where you eat what you want. It gives you something to look forward to and helps keep you on track the other 6 days. You'll even find that over time your cravings for those poor dietary choices will diminish, because your body will grow used to eating foods that are better for you.

Just don't keep doing it everyday or all your hard work will go down the drain.

One day isn't bad.

And if cookies and crackers are your weaknesses, then get the healthy alternatives.

Yeah. It's not a big deal. I lost weight and I had Wendy's once a week and I probably ate some cookies a couple of times.
It's fine.
