Building up stamina and endurance?!


Question: I have been out of sports for a year due to a series of minor injuries. I've started running again and I've never been this out of shape. I know I have to work out and build my stamina and endurance back up, but I was wondering if there were any SAFE tricks to speed up the process? Like breathing tricks or eating more complex carbs? I run everyday, but I can barely run a half mile without stopping. Help?

personally i dont think there is. i dont think carb loading really helps. there are a lot of studies that disprove it. do light cardio inbetween and slowly increase your running distance each week. don't over work yourself, it will onl work against you.
