What is the best way to get rocking abs by summer?!

To have strong abs you must also have a strong back.

Start with some simple back strengthening exercise. Lie on your tummy, arms out to your side, inhale and as you exhale raise your upper body and lower body off the floor, balancing on your hips. Hold for a few seconds, rest and repeat.

Of course incorporate some ab exercises. You will see you back become stronger and your abs will follow.

Lower you body fat % by eating a healthy diet, exercise daily (not just your abs you cannot spot reduce) and drink lots of water.

excersise every day drink plenty of fiber and especially especially ESPECIALLY you need PROTEIN that helps alot and pleny of water

have sexual intercourse a lot. It works.

If you can afford it (I'd say it's worth it) get a coach for a hour session at a local gym or they do home visits too c
