Sounds good apart from the Special K. This is loaded with sugar and is actually higher in calories than most other adult cereals. Perhaps shredded wheat or all-bran would be better. Also try to snack on a bit of friut and veg throughout the day. X

well i used to be really big and unhealthy...i think its really eating when ur hungry and portions is a very important thing.U can eat anything as long as it is a small portion of it...just remember to find time to exercise as well... Report It

    Sounds Good to me.

Thats a pretty good diet. I'd suggest something like hot oatmeal instead of the Special K. Special K is basically empty rice calories. There isn't much nutritional value in it. Try adding some small snacks throughout your day. Like almonds, fruit, carrots, rice cakes to keep your metabolism up since it sounds like you're having a large dinner.

Sounds fine to me as long as you're pleased with the results. How did you get that little heart at the end of your last sentence?

Special K is a great cereal if you follow the serving size. Peanut butter is pretty high in calories. Try using 1 tbs rather than the full 2 tbs serving. Be aware of what mom or dad are cooking that meat in, whether it be oil or butter, its all fat! You may want to have a few snacks in between meals like carrots or an apple. Great Job on the water.!
