steph, although i do respect vigans, you also have to consider that that is also not as healthy.
people, espeically women, need milk to PREVENT oseoperosis because of the calcium.

as for the answer, you can't consider one thing on whether something is going to be good for your or help you lose weight. eggs are healthy for you, they provide protein. campbells tomato soup you should take into consideration the sodium content (maybe try lower sodium if possible), but i dont think it's fattening, depending on how much you have. you should probably also have a fruit with it too, because that's not enough for an actual meal, if that's what you were intending.

The eggs are a good source of protein, the soup might be high in sodium which can make you bloat. I think tomato soup is a cream based soup which they say if you're going to have soup you should opt for the kind with broth. I could be wrong about tomato soup though.

Is the soup ready serve? or are you adding milk to the condensed procuct? It's not a well rounded meal and you are looking at 140 cals just for the eggs that are full of cholesterol.
