How do i stop eating so much?!


Question: Im a compulsive eater. Sometimes i benge eat (no i dont throw up). My ex was the same way. I think i picked up his habit. I used to be HOT. Im Not depresed. I just cant stop thinking about how good food tastes sense i stoped using dope. I dont want to turn to drugs again though to keep me thin. Do you know of any over the counter drugs that REALLY supress appetite? Oh and hoodia didnt work for me.

Okay, since you used to be "hot", here's what you can do to remind yourself that ur gonna be hot again one day:

Find a magazine that has pictures of victoria secret models in them, and tape them to your fridge, and wherever else you store food.

The pounds came off for me!!! It reminded me that I wanted to look awesome, so I only ate regular meals, and didn't snack.

you dont eat any food

You can start by eating less instead of 2 cups of something make it 1 1/2 cup because your stomach has grown bigger so it has more room but if you eat smaller amounts you can change the size of your stomach.

ok put something on your fridge that says:

Eat Snack1=___(type of exercise) ex: 100 sit ups.
Eat Snack2=___(type of exercise) ex: 50 pushups.

just exercise alot and you should be able to look "hot" someday

Don't take drugs. Get your insulin checked, messed up blood sugar can trigger really bad cravings. Chew gum and don't have any kind of artificial sweeteners. You can also take 2 Tsp apple cider vinegar before meals, this may help. If you want to binge, buy a bag of popcorn, air pop it yourself, and gorge on that with no butter or salt. This will fill you up, be tastey, and be next to NO calories. Good luck, God bless, good health.

Never try any drug
Before lunch please rest on bed for 10 to 15 minutes. Never sleep in day light
Eat fruits and salad and develop your taste what you haven;t eat yet.
Drink water as much you can (not in qty but in frequency)
Try one grain based food (only wheat or only rice or else)
Work (metally or physically after diet)
Morning breakfast will be at 6.00 or arond that but not later than 8
