Yeah dog!!!!!!!! Just the weightwatchers food though... It's nasty maan!!!!!!!!!! It could be worse though if ya know what I mean......

No but I've been wondering if it works. I know a few people who have tried and failed but they gave up after the first few weeks.

no I want to know how much I weight don't lie

Yes, I am on it now. I have lost 24 lbs. since I started almost a year ago. I need to lose 2 more lbs. to be at my lifetime goal. I have lost 1-2 lbs. a week which at first I thought was not enough, but it is enough and it is at a healthy rate. It is not a diet, it is really a lifestyle change. You watch your portions, eat better foods and exercise. It is really the way we should all be living. Where I work, they pay 50% of the fee after you complete the sessions and have lost weight. We have meetings at work once a week. It is in a building where there are multiple companies and there are men and women that attend with various weights and have lost numerous lbs.

yea it works goood

Several times. Changed my way of eating for life. Just made things easy to understand about nutrition and weight. Always get giddy with my new WW books and counting points and then my enthusiasm fades. But my new knowledge keeps me on track without counting points. The people in my meetings that always had the best results were people who lived alone or had no kids in the house or basically anyone who cooked and (food) shopped for just themselves.

I have not but had several friends who tried it. They all lost weight and seemed to enjoy the program w/the choices they could have.

A lot of it at first is discipline. You have to record meals and snacks for your point system. The program follows the points you can have in one day. From each meal or snack, you record meal and how many points it is and subtract from your daily number total of points.

I watched and asked questions, that is how I know the basic workings. Good for you and best of luck!!!!

Yes, I lost 35 pounds! Weight Watchers and exercise works!
