Turbo Jam?!

Question: Okay so I just started Turbo Jam and I really love it. The problem is I am breastfeeding so I can't really diet because I need the calories for my baby. So my question is without really dieting (but no real snacking either) am I going to see a lot of results? I am really overweight right now and need to lose at least 40lbs so I am really hoping this helps.

you don't have to diet per say..... but eat healthy!! that's not a bad thing while breast feeding.....remember these couple things when eating....NO soda or sugary drinks!!! incorporate veggies into everrrrry meal...green ones are best!, Fruits....whole wheat breads and brown rice and other healthy grains....quinoa, barley. Lentils are really good for you too! Also eat your healthy lean white meat chix on a regular basis....you can still have red meat occasionally but have the leaner cuts!! Be aware of how much full fat cheese you are using and stay away from frozen, fast foods, or anything with too many preservatives in it....basically if the expiration date is a year away then it probably contains stuff you don't want to subject your baby too anyways!!! Keep with that turbo jam and eat healthy and drink a TON of water and you will be fine! Remember it's not about dieting....its about having a healthy way of life!!! Good luck!

Yes you'll still see results, I would Measure yourself now though, then take your measurments again in a week or two, to see results that way instead of in Pounds :)

Why do you need to lose 40 lbs.? Are you a wrestler? It might not be a good idea to wrestle immediately after childbirth. There have been cases where recent mothers have won marathons, etc., but it places unnecessary stress on the body. Just wait until your baby grows up and wrestle him or her for exercise.

Sure you can get results. Don
