How much will i lose?!


Question: I'm 13, 90 pounds and 4 foot 9 (short for my age) I was wondering how much i will lose in a week if i cut out junk food and eat only one, small serving of a meal per day and try lower my fat and excercise for half an hour a day?

First of all, you are only 13 years old. Cutting out junk food is a great start, but don't try to cut out meals. You are still growing and nutrition is important. Exercising for an a half hour a day is great! MAKE SURE YOU DON'T SKIP MEALS!! You will just put your body into starvation mode and you will stop losing weight. You need to eat three meals a day and 2 healthy snacks. You need to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and lean protein such as fish or chicken. Cut down on bread and pasta. You know that food pyramid they show you at school? That is how you should be eating.
According to the website below, you are at a healthy weight for your age and height. This is a really good website for kids about nutrition.

i tried doing that b4 but it wont work you should just go to the jim and eat healthy and cut out junkfood

Probably 2 pounds. Anytime you cute all the crap out you lose the most in a week. But you sound itty bitty!

2 pounds maybe. you shouldn't put some limitations on yourself in a short time frame, give yourself time to lose the weight you want. You should have more than one meal a day.
